Community & Education
Community mediation offers constructive processes for resolving differences and conflicts between individuals, groups and organisation. Participants control the process and create their alternatives to avoidance, destructive confrontation, prolonged litigation or violence.
We are very interested in increased community safety and building blocks for healthier communities, which is why we offer a number of free clinics in rural locations.
We have a keen interest in Educational Mediation, specifically the contested withdrawal of EHCP's and refusal of assessments.

Wills & Probate
Mediation has proved to be the ideal way of resolving a dispute without depleting the estate with the cost of litigation. The platform provided by mediation gives family members the chance to hear and better understand one another even if, where relationships are too fractured or emotional, they choose not to meet on the day.
We have the experience and expertise to allow us to individually attend to those involved and provide a clear and transparent means of assisting individuals in settling the terms of the contested will.
Restorative Justice
Restorative justice has been defined as a process within which parties involved in an incident of offending behaviour collectively resolve how to deal with the aftermath of the offence and its implications for the future.
We can offer direct victim-offender mediation or indirect mediation involving third parties.
We have experience in a number of settings, from HM Prisons to HM Court buildings.
